Arne Stephan is a native German voice talent, actor and singer, who was engaged by the renowned Bad Hersfeld Festival at the age of 18, directly after his training in Hamburg. In the years that followed, Arne worked at state and regional theaters, where he appeared in both plays and musicals. As a singer he sang in plays such as Cats, Fame, Jesus Christ Superstar, West Side Story - as an actor he took on roles in "A Midsummer Night's Dream", "The Lady of the Camellias", "The Complicit" and many more. For many years Arne has been working with the Echo Award winners Jazzkantine in Braunschweig. On television, Arne could be seen in formats such as "In aller Freundschaft", "Danny Lowinski", "Soko München", "Familie Dr. Kleist" and many more. In front of the microphone, Arne has been shaping the German dubbing landscape for years and can be heard as Spock in Star Trek, Aladdin in the Disney movie adaptation, Brian May in Bohemian Rhapsody or as the permanent voice of Laverne Cox in series like Orange is the new Black. His versatile voice is also in demand outside of dubbing.
