David  is a native Portuguese voice artist with acting, dance and vocal training. He was born in Luganda, the capital of Angola, which was still a Portuguese colony back there, and emigrated to Portugal in 1976. After 4 years of dance studies in Portugal he went on to Germany in 1989, where he completed his dance diploma at the John Neumeiers Tanzschule - Staatsoper in Hamburg. During his time in various dance productions at various theatres in Germany, he established contacts with actors and immersed himself ever deeper into the acting milieu. David successively took on acting roles at theatres and in musicals. The leading role in the movie "My Sweet Home" by Filipos Tsitos was the start of his TV and film career. In addition to his work in theatre productions and appearances in front of the camera, he is now also active as a narrator. For example, as the Portuguese voice of the telephone announcement for Lufthansa, he does commercials, image films and documentaries as well as various roles on TV ("Fast & Furious Five", "Running Scared"). David lives and works in Berlin.
