Frank is a German voice talent, actor, dubbing artist, and author. His multiple award-winning post-war drama "Kolp", for which he wrote the screenplay, played the leading role, and also produced himself, was selected in 1985 for the official program of the Cannes Film Festival. Since then, he has appeared in over 100 national and international film and television productions. He was one of the protagonists in Edgar Reitz's "Zweite Heimat", starred in several "Tatort" episodes, and appeared in series such as "Der Alte", "SOKO", and "Der Dicke". As a dubbing artist, he voiced Professor Lupin in the German versions of the Harry Potter films, dubbed actor François Cluzet as Philippe Pozzo di Borgo in "The Intouchables", and subsequently narrated di Borgo's autobiography as an audiobook. In addition, he lends his voice to commercials, corporate films, and documentaries.
