Johanna Dost is a German voiceover artist, singer, actress and comedian. She was u.a. as Amber Van Tussle in the production "Hairspray", and in the "Rocky Horror Picture Show" at the Kiel Theater. For TV productions like "Bad Cop", "Nix Festes", "Komm schon!", "Großstadtrevier”, “1000 Mexikaner”, ”Kuckuck” and “Die unwahrscheinlichen Ereignisse im Leben von…” she stood in front of the camera. As a child, she never understood how people on television manage to pronounce the word "Haus", but make whole other mouth movements. A few years later, she decided to actively contribute to the confusion and has been firmly anchored in the dubbing business since 2015. For example, she starred in "Ozark" as Ruth for Julie Garner, in "Black Lake" she is the German voice of Sarah-Sofie Boussnina as Hanne or miming in "DanganRonpa" Kyoko. Currently she sings the main roles of German adaptations for different Dreamworks productions, like for "Spirit Riding Freee" and "Trolls".
