Mads is a native Danish multilingual voice artist and actor. Born in Denmark, Mads is of Scandinavian, German, English and American descent and speaks all these languages. He studied acting at the National Danish School of Performing Arts and later trained in the Meisner Technique at the William Esper Studio in New York. Since then, he has touched audiences with versatile performances on stage and screen alike. On the big screen, he has worked with two Academy Award nominated directors. Jan Komasa (Corpus Christi) on "Warsaw 44" and Nicolaj Arcel (Dark Tower) on "A Royal Affair". Recent leading roles in TV series include "Sløborn" (HBO Nordic/Syrreal Entertainment/Nordisk Film) directed by Christian Alvert/Adolfo J. Kolmerer and "All You Need" (ARD One) directed by Benjamin Gutsche, On stage, Mads has been part of the cutting edge Danish theatre company Mungo Park for more than a decade,performing in several award-winning contemporary plays. He has also performed countless roles in classics by Shakespeare, Chekhov, Moliere, Ibsen and Mark Ravenhill at major Danish repertory theatres. A skilled singer, decent drummer and guitarist, Mads also appears in heatrical concerts and musical productions, most recently „Lazarus“ by David Bowie at The Royal Danish Theatre.  Moreover, Mads has worked as a professional voice artist for over 15 years. The timbre of his voice is warm, deep and balanced. His trademark is his vocal character, which is characterised by different facets. His voice can sound young, dynamic, powerful, official/formulaic or sensitive. Through his work as an actor, he is used to creatively implementing directions and can put himself in different roles and adapt his voice accordingly. His voice artist repertoire includes almost everything from commercials, e-learning, documentaries, dubbing, corporate, trailers, radio plays, audio books, apps, games, automatic dialogue response (ADR), IVR to infomercials. He adapts quickly and also has knowledge of Norwegian, Swedish, French, various European accents and just enough Italian to order a pizza. Mads lives near Copenhagen, where he spends most of his free time with his family. Being descended from the Vikings, he likes to dive into the cold Scandinavian waters with his speargun, lift heavy things in the garden and ride his mountain bike through the nearby forests whenever he needs a bit of peace and quiet.
