Manon is a Dutch voice talent, storyteller, and singer who brings stories to life—whether by speaking, acting, singing, or writing. Her journey began in childhood, singing in her local church choir before diving into jazz, pop vocals, and musical theatre. Along the way, she picked up piano, clarinet, guitar, and ukulele, making music a constant in her life. Manon studied musicology at the University of Amsterdam, and although music was her first passion, she has developed a deep love for all things creative and cultural over the past years working in Amsterdam’s cultural scene. Manon discovered voice acting during the pandemic when she sought new ways to engage audiences in theatre without physical contact. She wrote and produced an immersive audio walk, leading listeners through a world of sound and storytelling. Since then, she has contributed her voice to various artistic projects, including starring alongside Stephen Fry in David Kanaga’s Soft Valkyrie and creating her own podcast for a Dutch broadcasting association in 2023. For Manon, the voice is an instrument—one she loves to explore, shape, and use to tell the stories that matter. And there are many more to come.
