Marieke is a voice talent, German dubbing artist and actress. She began acting lessons at a young age and appeared on various stages during her school years, including at the Munich Musical Theater in “Annie.” She trained in singing and dance, among others at the Performing Arts Studios Vienna and DSA Munich, completing the “Masterclass in Media Acting.” Her dubbing career started at 21 with a small role in the film “Tokyo Raiders.” Today, she is an established dubbing artist, enjoying performing diverse roles and immersing herself in different emotions and characters. She particularly dubs Natalie Dormer as strong female characters in “The Tudors,” “Game of Thrones,” “The Hunger Games,” and “The Forest,” and is the German voice of Vanessa Hudgens (“High School Musical,” “Machete Kills,” “Grease Live”) and Emily Osment (“Two and a Half Men,” “Hannah Montana: The Movie”), as well as Akame in “Akame Ga Kill – Swords of the Assassins” and Lilia in “Pokémon.” She also works in advertising, radio plays, audiobooks, and documentaries and was the Disney Channel Station Voice. Marieke also feels at home on stage and in front of the camera.
