Matthias is a German voice talent and actor. He completed the Max Reinhardt Seminar in Vienna and then became a permanent ensemble member of the Burgtheater. Later, he guested at the Schauspielhaus Köln, the Deutsches Theater Berlin, and the Kammerspiele Hamburg. Apart from theater, he appeared in the film "Buddenbrooks" and had guest roles in TV series such as SOKO Wismar, SOKO Köln, Alarm für Cobra 11, and Polizeiruf 110. He received the German Comedy Award for Best Sketch Comedy and the German TV Award for Best Comedy for the Sat.1 series Knallerfrauen. As a dubbing artist, he has given Orlando Bloom his voice in several films, voiced Dr. Benjamin (Stephen Kunken) in "Still Alice – My Life Without Yesterday," and can also be heard in series like Cold Case, Person of Interest, Desperate Housewives, House of Cards, and many more.
