Nico is a native German voice talent through and through — and has been since childhood. Born in Berlin, he grew up bilingual: speaking German with his mother and English with his father, who is from Kenya and has Indian roots. This cultural mix shapes not only him but also his voice — open, flexible, authentic. At the age of seven, Nico stepped into a dubbing studio for the first time — arranged through an acting agency his mother had signed him up with. He was initially shy in front of the camera, but quickly found his element behind the microphone. From child roles to leading characters. At just 12 years old, he voiced the main character Piscine Patel in the movie Life of Pi.To date, he has voiced more than 500 roles — and the number keeps growing. TV movies, series, cinema productions, games, audio dramas … As the German voice of Jace Norman – most recently in Henry Danger: The Movie – and of Karan Brar in *The Fk-It List*, Nico is well known to a wide audience. Besides dubbing, he can be heard in documentaries, commercials, and anime. His many years of studio experience, combined with acting sensitivity and precise timing, clearly influence his work. Nico gives texts expression and depth, senses nuances, and always finds the right tone — whether light, serious, or playful.
