Nils is a German voice talent and actor. Born in Wermelskirchen and raised in Leverkusen, he was initially at home on the soccer field. But soon, his path took a different turn: towards the stage, performance, and voice acting. He studied acting at the Hochschule für Musik, Theater und Medien in Hannover and went on to perform at the Staatstheater Oldenburg and the Neues Theater Halle, among others. In 2018, he appeared as Faust at Neues Theater Halle – a performance that not only marked his debut at the theatre, but also earned him the title of the ‘youngest Faust ever’. He was a member of the permanent ensemble for five years – until mid-2023, when he said goodbye with the role of Detlev in Wir Kinder vom Bahnhof Zoo. His work behind the microphone began during his studies: a staged reading in 2015 marked the beginning of his career as a voice actor. He is active in audiobooks, radio plays, dubbing, documentaries, and voiceovers. Nils brings a calm, clear presence – in both his voice and his performance. He gives characters depth, lends weight to texts, and convinces with a serene intensity that leaves a lasting impression.
