Nora is a German voice talent and actress with roots in East Berlin and Frankfurt am Main. Growing up in a multicultural home with a German mother and an Arab father, she quickly came to appreciate the richness of cultural diversity – and that not everything has to conform to the norm. Her passion for storytelling was sparked early in her childhood: at home, there was a strong focus on reading, sharing stories, and practicing reading aloud. As a result, Nora was often chosen in primary school to recite poems or read texts in front of the class. After graduating from high school, she pursued her dream at the renowned Westphalian Drama School in Bochum. Even during her studies, she worked regularly as a voice-over artist for the Bochum Planetarium. This was followed by engagements at various theater stages and on-camera work. Since 2005, Nora has been a sought-after voice-over artist for audiobooks, radio plays, radio and TV commercials, video games, dubbing, corporate films, and documentaries. As a dubbing actress, she has lent her voice to Felicity Jones, most recently in The Aeronauts. For many years, she was the voice of the cultural magazine Metropolis (arte) and has also narrated several pieces for the MDR series Der Osten. One of her personal highlights came in 2021 with a live reading of Sarah Biasini's autobiographical novel Die Schönheit des Himmels. Sharing the stage with the author, the daughter of Romy Schneider, at Literatur Live was an unforgettable experience that remains close to her heart. Today, Nora lives with her family back in Berlin, where she combines her love of storytelling with her versatile voice – authentic, multifaceted, and full of passion.
