Oliver is a German voice talent and actor. He began his career at the Freie Volksbühne Berlin, performing in productions such as "Clockwork Orange" at Schauspiel Bonn and playing the role of Valmont in "Dangerous Liaisons" at the Komödie am Kurfürstendamm in Berlin. Following his first film "Das Boot," he appeared in numerous film and television productions. He has portrayed over 160 roles, including in "Die Manns," "Hotte im Paradies," "Downfall," "Suchkind 312," "Ein Ferienhaus in Marrakesch," "Das Vermächtnis der Wanderhure," "Tatort," and "Der letzte Bulle." In the WDR series "Polizeiruf 110," he played the character Kalle Küppers for 10 years, a performance that earned him the Adolf Grimme Award. Oliver Stritzel was the principal German voice of Philip Seymour Hoffman ("The Master," "A Most Wanted Man," "The Hunger Games").
