Paul is a native english voice artist, actor and award-winning screenwriter. He has been active as a voice artist since the 80s. Much of his work has included numerous high end documentary narrations for the BBC and National Geographic and major video games. Recent work has included many commercials for the United States, Canada, Germany and the UK. Further more his work embraces audiobooks, as well as business explainers and medical instructions. Paul has dubbed many TV series and films, including Goldeneye. He was educated at the University Of Cape Town Drama School, the Goethe Institute and the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. Highlights of his carrier include the feature film Cry Freedom, playing Stanley Kowalski in the West End, seasons at the National Theatre and the Royal Shakespeare Company, and involvement in high profile television series like Smilery’s People. Paul frequently appears in productions of his scripts. His award-winning play The Dead Wait is now set to be a film. In addition to that Paul received the best performance award at the apple arcade community awards for his role of General Yurkovoi in the game Little Orpheus. And recently he won gold at the telly awards for his VO on Generate Biomedicines. As a boy, Paul would imitate the voices and accents of relatives to his family, a ritual which seemed to generate a lot of laughter, and which began his interest in voice work.
