Sarah is a native British voice talent. When she was 13, she appeared in her first school play, and from then on she dreamed of telling stories, acting in the theatre, and working as a voice actor. To pursue this dream, Sarah studied Drama at university and then attended drama school. She specialized in playing queens and movie stars in the theatre, with a favorite role being Marlene Dietrich in several productions of 'Piaf' by Pam Gems. At an all-girls school, she read and played all the male parts because she is tall and was, from an early age, a very keen reader. By chance, Sarah was asked if she liked reading audiobooks and could do an accent from the North of England. She said yes to both these questions, and her voiceover career started with a romantic novel from around 1800. Moving forward in time, she is currently recording a series for PBS, an American television network, titled 'Empire Builders' on PBS. The series highlights significant figures and events that contributed to the creation and growth of great empires. It showcases both the architectural masterpieces and the cultural and political achievements of these empires. When she isn't acting and recording, she enjoys baking and gardening.
