Simon is a German voice talent and actor. He lives and works in Berlin. His passion for storytelling began early in life. As a child, he spent countless hours in front of his cassette recorder, getting lost in stories and developing a deep fascination for the possibilities of the human voice, a fascination that would eventually lead him to the microphone. After studying acting at the University of Music and Theatre Rostock, he spent many years on stage, including performances at the Staatstheater Darmstadt as well as in numerous independent productions. The more intensely he explored language, rhythm and character work, the more he was drawn into the world of voice acting. Today, Simon moves effortlessly between commercials, documentaries, dubbing and audio drama. His voice can sound warm and direct, subtle, playful or full of character. He especially loves projects rich in atmosphere, nuance and strong characters, whether voicing eccentric animated roles, working on documentary formats or developing layered performances for dubbing. Alongside his work on stage and behind the microphone, he is deeply engaged with documentary and socially driven subjects, developing theatre and audio formats while telling stories that stay close to people and their personal histories. When he is not working under stage lights, he enjoys spending time with his family in Berlin, digging in the garden or out on the water in a rowing boat.
