Rebecca Steinberg is a native American voice talent and singer. Born in New York and raised in California, she now lives and works in Berlin. Rebecca holds many degrees including the University of California Berkeley and a vocal degree from the Hans-Eisler Musikhochschule in Berlin. She sang in several musicals (including Elvis and Cabaret), accompanied Peter Kraus on tour as a background singer and became the female vocalist of the Fips Fleischer Big Band. She currently sings in the big band Jazzorchester Neue Welt. She has been teaching at the Spandau Music School and the Film Schauspiel Schule Berlin for several years. She gives voiceover training to other voice artists and directs. Since 1994 Rebecca has been a regular voiceover artist for the German foreign broadcaster DW-TV. She also specialises in dubbing image films, advertising, e-learning, videogames, radio plays and audio books.
