Thomas Nash is an Austrian actor and voice artist who does voice recordings in both High German and Austrian, or in his native dialect, Viennese. Among other things, he has spoken "Waldemar den Storch" in the children's radio play trailer "Die kranken Tiere" in Schönbrunn Viennese. He completed his acting training at the Vienna Film School, at that time the only acting school in the German-speaking world specialising in film acting. He then continued his training in voice acting with the ORF Voice Teacher Rosmarie Frauendorfer and with Puls4 presenter Carsten P. Zimmermann, among others, and at the same time acted in feature films as well as in smaller short films he had made himself. In the process, he got to know a making-of director who was producing an industrial film and hired Thomas Nash as a voice artist for it. He enjoyed working as a voice artist so much that he began to train in this direction and attended a commercial voiceover course with Werner Waruschka. At this time he also received his first dubbing assignment as the voice of the teleshopping promoter Billy Maze. In the meantime, Thomas Nash has been in front of the microphone for more than 10 years, mainly for documentaries, commercials and image videos. He has lent his voice to well-known companies and brands and has spoken voice overs for events such as the Life Ball. His greatest passion, however, is still playing in front of the camera, where, in addition to German films such as "Bis zum Horizont, dann links!" or the Cannes entry "Teheran Tabu", he also shoots in English in international films, such as with Christina Hendricks in the Amazon series "The Romanoffs". Thomas plays repeatedly in films with an Indian accent. He never learned the language, but cribbed the accent from his Indian father.
